Order Cancellation & Refund
Within 24 hours of order confirmation
You may request to cancel your order and receive a 70% refund of the total amount paid.
After 24 hours
Orders cannot be cancelled or refunded, as production of your handmade piece will have already begun.
Returns & Exchanges
As all of our jewelry is handmade and many pieces are personalized or made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or there is a manufacturing defect.
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos, and our team will assist you with a replacement or repair.
Warranty & Quality Assurance

All Mai Alhadi Jewelry products include a warranty covering manufacturing defects and technical issues. During the warranty period, eligible items will be repaired or replaced at no additional cost.
Please note that the warranty does not cover:
